Cancel a Subscription
iOS subscriptions can be cancelled in App Store subscription settings. Android subscriptions can be cancelled in Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Delete an Account
Use the in-app Privacy screen and choose "Delete account and data" to request deletion. This deletes Reply Five server-side account information, device information, billing metadata, usage counters, tone metadata, and prompt settings for the authenticated account. Source messages, screenshots, and AI replies are not stored on our servers and therefore are not part of stored deletion data.
If you cannot use the App or need help with deletion, contact us by email. After identity verification, we will respond within a reasonable scope, except for information we must retain under applicable law. Account deletion does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Stop Permissions
- Android: turn off overlay, accessibility, and notification permissions in system settings. Screenshots and images are handled only when the user chooses them through the share sheet.
- iOS: turn off the Reply Five keyboard, Full Access, Photos, and sharing-related permissions in system settings.
Support Limitations
Because our servers do not store source messages, screenshots, AI replies, or conversation history, we cannot inspect those contents during support. Do not send confidential message text or screenshots unless absolutely necessary.
