Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of Reply Five, an Android and iOS application provided by JapanMarketing LLC.

1. Service

Reply Five is a tool that helps users create AI reply drafts from text, images, voice instructions, and other information they select or share. The App does not automatically send replies. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any generated reply.

2. Conditions of Use

• Users must comply with these Terms, store terms, and applicable laws.
• Users may input or share only information they have the right to use.
• Minors may use the App only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App in violation of law, public order, or third-party rights.
• Impersonation, fraud, spam, harassment, discriminatory expression, or illegal solicitation.
• Improperly sending confidential information, authentication credentials, credit card numbers, or high-risk medical or financial information.
• Unauthorized access, overload, reverse engineering, or circumvention of our servers, AI providers, or store billing systems.
• Using App permissions to collect or monitor third-party information without consent.

4. AI Outputs

AI-generated replies are drafts and are not guaranteed to be accurate, lawful, or appropriate. Users must review and edit outputs before use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans, free limits, prices, and renewal periods are shown in App Store or Google Play purchase screens.
• Subscriptions renew automatically under the applicable store terms.
• Cancellation, refunds, and payment changes must be handled through App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If one-time purchases such as BYOK unlocks are offered, purchase details will be shown on the purchase screen.

6. External Services

The App may use external services such as Groq, Firebase, Google Cloud, App Store, and Google Play for AI generation, authentication, billing verification, and app operations. External service terms and policies may apply.

7. Changes and Suspension

We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the App due to maintenance, incidents, security responses, specification changes, or external service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for content created or sent through the App, communications on third-party services, or results based on user decisions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance over disputes related to the App.
